It has prime location and easy to access parking, and it's near to the grounds and stores and restaurants. The hotel offers a wide range of food that was fantastic. The staff is very amiable and professional and accommodates all of guests' needs.

The rooms were clean

The lady at the reception needs much training in her service skills. She was unpleasant and unfriendly. She could not find our reservation even though I gave her the printed confirmation. It took so long for her to figure it out. Also, They advertised a free breakfast, but there was hardly anything to eat. She said that they ran out of bread. Unbelievable.

Very clean, window opened for fresh air, lousy breakfast, no elevator for luggage, wi-fi good.

Next to Estate where we went to a wedding

There was nothing special about it. The continental breakfast had minimal selection of foods and nothing special for Mother's Day morning! I would have liked to have an exercise room.

The Queen Room was clean and comfy, really well maintained. The shower was awesome, and we loved the cute vintage decor. Staff was super friendly. We had a mini fridge and microwave, great. The location was convenient for us too.

I really appreciated how clean and quiet the hotel was. The proximity to some lovely walking areas like Los Jilgueros Preserve, just about 900 meters away, and several great dining spots like El Jardin, just a short walk of less than 5 minutes.
